What is it and how does it work?
The system allows the user to develop and maintain an accurate estimate, which is then used to generate a quotation for the client. The estimate includes all of the elements of the job, including material specification, manufacturing route etc., and will provide alternative batch prices.
Once accepted by the client, the estimate is converted into a job cost planning sheet and route card. This data forms the foundation for the fully functional and comprehensive production control system. The result of this is that the user is ensured of manufacturing for profit.

This is an example of a cost variance chart for a particular part over a userdefinable period of time. This will assist the user in improving manufacturing techniques to reduce cost and improve manufacturing performance.

This is an example of a job status screen. It provides, at a glance information, onfinished stock, WIP and material availability against a customer schedule or order over a user definable period of time.

This example shows a chart of hours required against hours available. This information can be shown by Job, Machine and Department over a user definable period of time. This becomes extremely powerful when linked to ShopFloor Data Capture.
